Take a look at the following link from the same site as mentioned in the previous post. The CGR class H1's leading dimensions are the 37th in that list.

I agree it's a 2-4-0 -0-4-2 and I'm fairly sure I have a drawing somewhere. I'll have a hunt throught the files tomorrow.
