This looks more like a "Z" Scale Marklin item.

The description is for the Maxi, but the photo is of the Z scale item..

I would be a little suspicious, though would think it is a case of 'grabbing' a photo from somewhere..
Of course, if it was 32x12x12 mm would that be nearer 'N' or 'Z' ?? ;)
