A friend who is not a forum member has recently bought one. He is very pleased with it so far, certainly compared to his Accucraft garratt that gave him a fair bit of trouble and needed work to get it to run well. His only negative comment so far has been that it requires very gentle transitions from gradients to level track - anything like a sharp summit gives problems because of the long wheelbase.
Tony, I have one which I have modified some of the fittings, I intend to change it to coal firing this winter.
I also supply a twin tone whistle for it.

I ran the prototype extensively for a week at Diamondhead 2010 It is an excellent performer and there were a few improvements made for the production model.
