Accucraft stock - LGB loop couplers

is it possible to fit LGB loop couplers to Accucraft rolling stock, preferably without major engineering works?
TIA

sort off, , as Ive fitted a loop coupler onto my ragleth loco, It used a coupling cut from an lgb swivelling wheelset, as found on most wagons.

Just remove the accucraft coupler bolt/swivel and remove the coupling

I then just sanded down the lgb coupler intill it fitted in the empty coupler box, and adjusted the height by using plasticard shims.

Which Accucraft wagons are we talking about? For a while I used to run the open and van from my Baguley set (and the loco) with hook-n-loop. I removed the chopper from the pocket, glued a wooden block under the floor and simply screwed an LGB coupling in place. I found that the coupling needed a slot cut out to allow it to sit flush at the correct height.

Sorry I don't have a piccie of the coupling in place, but the underside of the wagons still have the wooden blocks so you get the idea!

I've now gone back to the chopper couplings (my lad prefers them for this stock and they also suit some Busted Bricks wagon kits I've now made) but the hook-and-loops worked perfectly well and allowed interchange with my other stock.
