Air Horn Sounds

I have a few American Deisels, and although im not that bothered about full on sound, i would love just a air horn type sound, to that of a typical american loco. Is there such a product that can do just this at the touch of a button. Say on a indipendent battery R/C type thing mi jiggy?

The diesel version of the MyLocoSound soundcards I make have single or dual tone horns plus an optional bell for low speed running of American prototypes. The horn tone is adjustable using a screw driver. They also generate the diesel engine beat if you want it.
