Another little bitsa puzzle

Whilst clearing the depredations of Winter from the garden I canme across these hidden under weeds and leaves next to the track.
i have no idea where they are from. They are about the height of my signal bridge but are definitely not from that.

For several years I had a “beached” Playmobile pirate ship partly beneath a large bridge.
The remains are still somewhere in the garden, I had completely forgotten about it!

I have a PM ribbed boat in one of my water tanks, but then perhaps not with the high value of them over the Channel.
