Just sorting through a few old bits and bobs and came across these bogies. Do you recognise the manufacturer?
They look to be early 16mm scale, possibly kit built. Constructed from soldered folded brass with sprung brass axle boxes and steel insulated SM32 wheels.
Those were my thoughts as well, 16mm ers are very likely to manufacture all sorts of things and bogies are certainly the sort of thing that they would scratch up.
