Anyone fitted an ESU Loksound v5 and ESU smoke to a Piko Harzkamel?

Hi! Has anyone fitted an ESU Loksound v5 and ESU smoke to a Piko Harzkamel? The installation seems straightforward but I'm having issues understanding how to program the decoder to synchronize the smoke with the sound.

Has anyone done this successfully and could they share their soundfile, please?
