howdy.
i wud be grateful if anyone who own them and what is it like when it run and what r their view? any pictures? as i mite buy one but need to know if can ran on g scale tracks as a.craft or lgb tracks?:impatient:

p.s.what size is it? need widths pls? lenght and depth as well.thks u

I used to own one, very powerful and I thought quite a good runner. Has been said though, it is massive.
Runs fine on LGB Aristo etc.

Agree with all the above. Mine has problems with the pickups that touch the back of the wheels which make it unreliable... I took it apart to find this out, and have yet to put it back together. while it was running it was smooth and strong, looks huge.
 
I BELIEVE (and someone may correct me on this) that there are two reasons it's so big - 1) I think the real thing was a standard gauge unit re-gauged for narrow rails, and 2) the model is 1:20.3, which of course makes it a MUCH bigger scale than most other 45mm gauge US locos, which are around 1:29.
