During my recent holiday in the US,

I was browsing around a cheap souvenir store
when I spotted a couple of these kitbuilt models.
Only toys but I think they have potential for a bit of a bash.
They seem to scale out with the Piko buildings

They said they were the last ones and going at half price.
Exchange rate checked.. £ 2.35 each.

they look like a playmo rip off in styling-very close indeed

i agree howver, really quite good potential
repaint in dullish colors
relocate and replace the chimney (which doesnt look at all right to my eye) and i think you may indeed have a very nice looking building even without a bash

were both kits that you purchased the same style?
if not please lets see the other too

Yes Steve. Both similar but with a flat roof on the sheriff/city hall building. Even down to the batwing doors.

i bought four of these buildings in the '70s.
then they were sold under the name of "Play Big". (a would be competition to playmobil)
