Army train addition.

I've been making an Army train. The cars reflect different parts of my service, mostly Vietnam.
This flatcar shows my armor plated gun jeep I had in Vietnam and one of the armor plated gun trucks from my company that provided security for the convoys. Both models are 1/32nd scale, which goes better with G scale flatcars than the usual 1/35th scale that most military models are made to. The jeep I bashed from a Testors' M-38 into a M-151 and added the armor. THe 5 ton truck was from a Revell re-issue of a Renwal wrecker kit. I made the armor bed.

Thanks guys.

Dan, I was in the 444 Trans, ran convoys from Qui Nhon to Pleiku on highway QL19. Went over two mountain passes with 'Ambush Alley' in between.

Interesting stuff, I am trying to build 5 German/Italian WW2 tanks from kits for a 1940's day at the East Lancashire Rly this coming Monday but I am running out of time, glue and paint. &:
I would have preferred Allied outline but I only have German rolling stock!
