There is no doubt about it that when an Aster built kit is `on song` it is a very sweet moving piece of modelling.
You will have to see the video to appreciate the Vacuum injector bit.

I'm sure he actually said "vacuum ejector", which is correct, though I'm sure the Astor won't be fitted with one. It is the device for providing the vacuum for the train braking system. An injector being to feed water to the boiler, while under pressure.

I cant hear the video - my sound card went a while ago.
However - the vacuum injector may well be a way of filling the boiler once the run is complete. using the condensing steam in the boiler you can suck water into the boiler ready for the next run. My old Archangel loco used this method and it was very successful.
