bachmann 45 ton santa fe diesel

hi everyone -can anybody tell me the approx size of a bachmann spectrum 45 ton diesel loco -length -width and height -people say they are very large but they look good value at £99 --regards to all
 
Don't have one myself, (looked at a couple and decided not for me) but have a look at this if you want an idea of how big the monster is compared to other "typical" models!

They are definitely large - at 1:20.3 I believe they're a model of a prototype that was standard gauge, and some versions were made for 3 ft.

It is reputed to be an excellent performer, well worth the money if you can accommodate the size.
 
Hi there,
I will measure mine tomorrow if no one has come up with an answer before then. They are big , & need to be run with large items of stock in order to look good. They can also pull a house down! Mine is a yellow one with black chevrons , it reminds me of the N.C.B. diesels I used to see as a kid.
