Is anyone running the Bachmann Davenport? I know this subject came up in the past on
Mylargescale.com. When travelling down a grade the loco jerks. No one on that site seems to have a good answer as to why the loco behaves in such a manner. Barry's Big Trains was going to do some investigating into the matter, but since he hasn't advertised a fix, I presume he either hasn't had the time or has not found a solution.
 
I have read and re-read George's site. Did the lube thing. It helped minimally however.

Maybe the Davenport project did him in :rolf::rolf::rolf:
