Been delving deep into my garage recently looking for things for some of you forumites. Have also come across a goodly pile of items that I think I will no longer get to use, so starting to offer to good homes. Please note: UK only, combined shipping wherever possible - but may be a little delay on posting as the local Post Office has been temporarily closed due to an outbreak of the virus in counter and delivery staff. More to come over the next week, so happy to put to one side until new items viewed. Just let me know.
First off: 8 x 300mm pieces of straight track. 45mm gauge. Maker unknown (marked made in China - possibly Echo, New Bright or similar). Garish yellow plastic sleepers (painted badly by me, but has worn off) with brass rail. Appears to be folded thin brass sheet (not solid) with socket and pin connectors. Can't really comment on suitability for outdoor use (although I had it on a siding when I first started out). Some joining 'pins' missing which could be supplemented by soldered jumper wires. Would do for storage facilities etc. £10 the lot including postage.
Next: 16 x LGB isolating rail joiners. 50p each plus post at cost.
Next: 2 pairs of unassembled whitemetal 32mm gauge bogies, you'll need to find your own screws though. All have bronze bushes/bearings in place to accept 3mm axles. £3 per pair, plus postage at cost.
Next: Buffer stops. 6 x LGB 10319 - one of which has lost a piece of 'wood' that goes between the rails. I always thought these looked a bit spartan so added a timber 'baulk' at buffer height to 5 of them improve their appearance. (UHU glued, I think so should come off fairly easily if required). 1 x cast resin (possibly Modeltown) with working LED lamp and battery box - 2 x AA. Would prefer to sell as one lot for £20 plus postage, but may consider splitting.
Next: Rake of 3 Bachmann Big Hauler coaches. Well travelled and with minor detail damage. All have battery boxes underneath, but the lighting is unchecked and untested. Livery: New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore & Washington. Observation coach with drumhead, coach and combine. Again would prefer to sell as a lot for £100 plus post, but will consider individual at £35. These are (wrong) boxed - which are in poor condition.
