Butane Gas Adapters

Hi all, New to the Forum. I am having difficulty in locating a suitable adapter for Butane Gas catridges - they appear to have changed to a baynot type fitting rather than the screw fitting. I have Roundhouse & Accucraft loco's awaiting a refill!!

Any help appreciated.
