I’ve just programmed my new LGB 20782 loco. I’ve had it in its box a while. She is a beauty! I’ve totally forgotten what the 4 way toggle switch does in the cab and it’s not in the instructions. I know 1 is all is off but what about 2,3 and 4. Please help and refresh my memory. Clive
 
If the loco has a decoder, possibly not a lot, other than all-off, or on?

Hi - The LGB 20782 User Guide, Page 8, provides guidance on the Power Switch:

Mode of Operation Switch This model has a four-position switch for the mode of operation. It is located in the engineer‘s cab. Pos. 0 Locomotive stored without current Pos. 1 & 2 Running, sound, and light(s) on Pos. 3 Running, sound, light(s), and smoke on.
 
Thank you all. Problem solved. G scale central to the rescue again ! How could I have missed page 8?
