Hi
I am looking for help, my friend has an extensive LGB collection and we are starting to build a garden layout. Unfortunately neither of us has much experience with DCC and I am finding it difficult to get my head around ZIMO. He has an MX10 a MX32 and WI FI to a tablet with Z21. The layout was partially built and the DCC setup by someone who is no longer around as a result we are not exactly starting from scratch.
I find the ZIMO documentation rather baffling, especially the MX32 hand set. I cannot find help locally as this is a rather specific type of hobby. If there is someone who would be prepared to help me in person via an internet video link I would be most grateful. We are U.K. time +2 hours, the layout is not in my house so I would need to coordinate to have the ZIMO equipment available.
I need help understanding the MX10 handset. Then help programming decoders ( no idea which manufacturers ), interrogating existing decoders and programming turnout decoders so certainly more than one call.
thanks
Robin
