Can you identify this wheel?

I need four more like this (2 at a pinch) for a scratch built project yet to start. Does anyone know which loco they were fitted to and where could I buy some more, preferably in UK. They are machined to 2.5" dia and have 18 spokes.

You could also try Walsall Model Industries as they have a good range of wheel castings http://www.walsallmodelindustries.co.uk/www.walsallmodelindustries.co.uk/info.php?p=1&pno=0
Mark Wood is another option http://www.markwoodwheels.co.uk/

Whilst the wheel you show isn't likely to be Slater's as it doesn't have a square hole for the axle, unless you have access to machining facilities then I'd go with Steve's comment and use Slater's.
6'0" LNWR driver they list may be a different style wheel though as they used an 'H' section spoke on some wheels.

EDIT - Now I've read some of the info below the pic in your link it looks like you may have the necessary facilities to machine castings

P.S. I read that you had a 3.5" Grayson lathe; I've got one of those albeit in my workshop at my parents (under a ton of stuff) Cracking alternate to some of the better known 3.5" lathes of similar style.

Thanks to Steve and Chris for your replies however, I should have mentioned that the wheels I am looking for are castings (in cast iron) as this is a live steam garden railway project.

You could give David Girling a call at Anglian-Gauge-One (0766 6122795) He has a load of wheel casting's he recently collected from a deceased model enginer
