Coaches starting to populate at long last.

Hi all
at long last I thought it was time to start and populate my coaches, but soon realised exactly how many figures I would
need when I saw how many coaches I actually had to fill. I do have a good few LGB and Preiser figures , but no where near enough to
use for my coaches. So love or hate them, I turned to the Chinese figures so readily available on ebay. These figures are slightly smaller than the standard
size figures, but as they were being placed in coaches the size difference would not be so noticeable. As it was in the end, the chinese
figures fitted better because they smaller.
I now have nearly 80 figures to date that have been painted by my wife.....she loves painting them bless her....so who I am to no
I must admit coaches seem come alive once they have fare paying customers.

Wow she's done a good job there. I have some of those, they came pre-painted but were so bad I redid them myself.

Your wife is an excellent painter and nice detail in setting the passengers out; I especially like the woman in the yellow jumper and grey skirt who has just reached her seat.
