Coupling chain

What do members use as coupling chain? or which supplier do they get it from?
I can only find too small to easily remove off the hooks from ebay under 16mm sm32. My fingers are too clumsy and I want something easier to handle.

I know a friend of mine uses sink plug chain, as he finds the scale stuff too small to handle

Robert Dyas will sell you will sell you quite a fine chain (about 6 links to the inch) pretty cheaply. Commonly used on my system for chopper to LGB linkage, coupling bars being too prone to fall out.

Over here somebody is using 24mm o-rings formed into a figure eight instead of chains.

Have not tried, but seems to look better than my paperclips.
