Definatley NOT G GAUGE but live steam

Now this is why I would never want to live in the USA - I would go bankrupt in a few hours

I saw a 71/4" gauge "Romulus" built up as a Fourney at the Midland model engineering show a couple of years ago. It was for sale on the Station Models stand. It looked huge for a 71/4" gauge live steamer - but then it's modelled on a 2' prototype. Somewhere between 1/4 and 1/3 scale ! It was £7,500. Nearly sold the garden railway on the spot but somebody else got there first :crying:

Thanks for posting

Max

OMG! Drool a pool.

Was that MBiff 30 seconds in to the video....

Superb, I wonder how many hours (and cash ) has gone into all those locos and rolling stock behind them as well. A HUGE figure I think!

Thanks very much for the link most enjoyable.

Yours peter

Very nice, they must all be digital, thats why there are so many locos on the same layout.:clown::clown::clown: Alyn

Nice to see some decent lenght trains, you don't often see much in the way of scale modeled rolling stock on minature railways.

Ah yes all very impressive, but unlike Mr Beavercreek they had no cow sound effects in their cattle trucks :laugh:
Ah. maybe cos they didn't have cattle in em either.
