Please Mr Moderator, can you fix the multiple pics ? ;D

As you asked nicely Paul, your wish.....and all that.... :)

Great pics, bet it sound great too ;)

Very nice Paul - twice the bang!

Now there's a point, if adding sound should you put a sound unit in each drive train as they are two separate locos permanently coupled together.

Presumably, yes.. AND chuff cams in each to sync the beat, so to speak!
:D

Paul,
Have you thought of Running your Stainz back to back as well. In Bosnia They had Duplex Locomotives in the early days of the 76mm Gauge. Effectively these were Stainz Locomotives with very few modifications. Pictures of them are quite rare, well in Duplex mode but many survived as singles for many years. This link is a simple drawing of what they looked like.

Have you made a YouTube Vid of your Sachen Pair? If not would you consider one please?

great pics
looks very Teutonic and prototypical

I found the standard LGB box a bit of a nuisance so I bought a custom made wooden box to hold the complete loco so I no longer have to assemble before and disassemble after running.

Paul, many thanks for the link. Am very tempted, must keep saying to myself they are only 760mm not Metre Gauge!

Jon,
I did this last year when I still had an interest in largescale. I did not progress beyond this stage, but the locomotive did run very well.

Tim I remember it now, even commented on it. Must get a new Hard Drive installed in the Brain, or maybe more RAM!
