Having got to the stage where I needed indoor work for the DunnyReichesbahn, a project that I have been looking at for some time seamed appropriate today. The prototype of this piece is located at Eisenfelder Talmuhle and still does sterling service at the end of the Water/Pit Road where Selktalbahn Trains from Gernrode Terminate at ET.
Here are a couple of pictures of the Prototype taken when I was with the Steam Railway Tour in 2011.

I needed a lumpy Stop to Stop the Harz 2-10-2t dead as there is a 4 ft drop beind the Stop. It will be held in place with a good strong 80mm Skrew. The last pic is of the component parts for the Stop, together with the sizes that I have used. Note that these are all in wood and the main part is currently in the Airing Cupboard so that the Plaster Filler can dry off. I am using this to represent the Concrete Effect of the Prototype.

More when the Plaster has dried out.
