Electric mice

I'm trying to find a site that was linked from either this one or GSM that showed small scratch built locos that were referred to as electric mice. The site showed how to build various types. I didn't link it at the time but should have.

if i recall-i saw these too-i think they were at a some german model show
2009 or 2010
-they were HO scale using n scale locos for mine and tourist trams i think
as you say, there was a link on the old gsm site
