Electric turbines in G1MRA Journal

Have seen some articles over the years in the journal of a small turbine for generating electricity to power headlamps and things. I believe the person who makes these is italian. Does anyone know if he sells them and how to contact him?

The motor/generator is the easy bit to obtain. I presumed that the query was for the turbine.
A mate, who's a skilled engineer, managed to make one for his Chapelon pacific, but that was in 10.25" gauge!

I made one for my steam launch to power the lights..... Sold it and went back to a small 1"x1" reciprocating engine driving the generator....
But these days with CNC machinery it should be possible to make turbines in very small sizes...
