A couple of years ago I bought a "job lot" on German ebay consisting of four locos of which two were of specific interest to me (because they had been converted in some way).
The remaining two are this outwardly identical pair of "as built" Schoema diesels . . .
. . . which I've only ever test run. The lights work and I can't see anything missing. One was made in 1990, the other in 1993, and neither shows any serious wear on wheels or skates. I'm presuming they have three-pin motor blocks. It's now time to move them on to new owners who can enjoy actually using them. I'm looking for £100 each. If you are interested, start a "conversation" and, if you want, I can supply additional photographs. I'm willing to post (tracked) within the UK with postage at cost, but . . .
Alternatively, if you are coming to the Midlands Garden Railway Show (Warwickshire Event Centre) on the weekend of 12th/13th March or the London Festival of Model Railways (Alexandra Palace, London) on the weekend of 19th/20th March, both of which I'm attending as an exhibitor, you could check them out for yourself and take them away (cash on collection, please).
