With Winter coming in fast, it's nearly time to get the Garden Railway ready for it's Winter Hibernation, but before that, some progress and changes have been made.
This includes ballasting the new extension, the reconfiguration of the isolating sections, plus some improvements to the embankments, as well as a spot of weeding...
Though this maybe the last update for the railway this year, there's still plenty of G Scale content to come, including Reviews, a Rolling Stock Update, plus an exciting new addition too...
Hope you enjoy!

Couple of points Callum.

Your new Concrete, to speed up the Greening of it some Milk will help, just paint some on with a Brush. Would have suggested Yoghurt, but the Dog would probably go for that!

Re your wiring, you could wire up to some of those Plugable Terminal Strips. Just ine supplier, but you will find them at most shows.

Well greased at either end and with Storage over Winter they will survive well in your Tupaware Box. Seal the Hole that the Wire comes into this box with Silocone Sealant.

Was hoping for some footage of Konrad, guess you are just too busy Working and thrashing at Steam Lines. Do not close the line up completely, Live Steam in Frost and Snow is just magical. Get Steam Up in the Garage or a Shed if you can to save Running Time. Suggest you do not try to Steam up in the Kitchen!

Oh yes, the dog loves Yoghurt! Would be gone in no time  Hmmm, will look into some of those wires. Should be very helpful indeed.
Don't worry about that got, it's own special separate video for that ;) Just got to find the time to get it up online, as I got a few reviews and events to post up first :D Really is the bee knees on the railway! :)
