Gauge 1 Garden Railways Single Tunnel Portals.

Looking for THREE G1 Single Tunnel Portals (Stone finish effect ideally) and finding impossible to source these, lots of other gauges available, but none in the larger G1 scale. Anybody know of a supplier in the UK - tried the USA market and its just the same. Any help would be appreciated.

We are not the right people to ask about Gauge 1 but GRS in Princes Risborough are now doing one in resin for G Scale . . .

Or you could make one out of plastic coated foamboard cutting the bricks or stone detail with a screwdriver.

I have a pair f these, quite thin and brittle plastic.

I just made a simple mould and cast with sand and cement and scribed the stonework.

I made a mould out of silicone rubber from a plaster of Paris one I roughly cast to shape then carved. Then another from a downloaded STL file scaled to the size I wanted then printed. The 3d Print made for an excellent original for a silicone rubber mould. I then cast Jesmonite 730 in the silicone moulds. I use a lot of Jesmonite 730 it is the fully weatherproof material they use to make garden statues, birdbaths etc. usually labelled as reconstituted stone. It lasts forever outdoors and lichen etc. grows on it making to blend in well. There are several real stone colours to choose from. Image of 3d printed then copied by silicone mould into yellow sandstone Jesmonite 730.

Just to point out that Gauge 1 models are good deal SMALLER than so-called G scale...
