Happy as a dog with two Dinglers.... (and a Heidi!)

Good news that you'll have the Massoth running, Mike - even with the PWM mode switched off, I've never been 100% happy about running chipped locos on the TE control. Reasonably nice day today, hopefully you'll get to spend a few hours of it working on the track!

Jon.

Unfortunately got various things to do today and Friday as well as a possible visit to Steve (bigjack) for an intensive Massoth primer.........
Looks like it will be Saturday when I can really get to grips with the layout....nothing like taking it to the wire....or, in this instance, taking the wire to the....oh please yourselves.........:D

It would appear that Dingler have an updated website and according to the data displayed the little TS 3 is still available fresh from the factory.

Very interesting, just had a look - yes, looks like they still have some of two out of the three liveries available - maybe they went back to the Korean factory and decided to buy the "overproduction" extras after all! No mention of prices though, as far as I could see.....

Shame they don't have any of their other two Gauge IIm locos left - or maybe a good thing, my credit card couldn't take the strain!

Mmm....lovely pair.
Like the "Dingler" - not sure about that name though.

Dingler is just the name of the model manufacturer. The actual loco goes by the much less snigger-inducing name of a Wuerttemburg Ts3 class.
As can be seen from their site, Dingler make (or have made) quite a lot of products in several scales/gauges, the Ts3 is just one:
