I setup my LGB 72554 Christmas train for my almost 3 year old granddaughter this year and now I am doing all the updates I wanted to do when I got it 20 years ago!

So far I replaced the headlight and traction tire on the loco and added metal wheels everywhere else. Next up I am adding lights to the caboose.
This thread gave me some great ideas for the power pickup.

This is a wonderful source of great info, thanks to all.
