Headlight Replacement on the LGB New Orleans Streetcar

So I'm stumped on how to replace the lamp in the headlights of the LGB new Orleans streetcar. Anyone have a clue as to how it's done ?

Looks as if you have dismantle it, as the light lens is fitted from the inside.

Part number 14 on the second diagram

Looks as though the lamp is located behind part #19, in the diagram. Now to figure out how to get part 19 loose ?
