I have just returned from a holiday in the Scottish Borders, Northumberland and County Durham. Whilst staying in Northumberland I discovered a working 15" Gauge Narrow Railway not far from where I was staying. The railway opened in 1989 and runs for just over 2 miles from Heatherslaw to Etal. It follows the River Till for most of the route. The railway runs 7 days a week. On the day of my visit "Bunty" was in use. So here are some photos from the visit:
