Never heard of this make before - has anyone else?

Way out of my range, but quite lovely; to me, the fact that it looks a little bit "rough" in places just makes it look even more realistic.
Is this the same prototype as the LGB/Aster one?

Yes it is the loco that LGB Aster did but in a later livery.
