Helmut Grosshans' classic book on his wonderful LGB layout - "Meine Geliebte Lehmann-Gross-Bahn" - a German online bookstore has several copies in mint, new condition. Most of the "old hands" on here have probably already got copies in their libraries (either the German or English version), but if anyone hasn't got it then grab one now at a very reasonable price:

Published in 1991, these copies are brand new hardbacks, still shrink-wrapped. The dealer seems to have a number of copies, I assume they may have bought a boxful of old stock from somewhere, possibly even LGB ex-Nurnberg stock?. I've just got one from them which arrived today, very reasonable postage rate (it took just over a week to arrive).

There was, of course, an edition in English which is probably more desirable, but I've only seen these for quite silly prices (and/or with ludicrous shipping costs from the US) - but there are so many wonderful pictures in it that I'm quite happy with the German text version, especially at around 16 quid including shipping.

If you don't already have it, I can wholeheartedly recommend both the book and the seller.
