HELP! - Directional lighting - not quite right ...

Just purchased a 22900 Diesellok (whuch has factory-fitted MTS).
It works fine - except for the directional lighting.
In both Analogue and digital-mode the rear-lights stay lit all the time - regardless of the direction.
The front-lights, however, work okay (both digital+analogue) :)
Before taking apart to investigate, can anyone help as to what might be the cause,

I would agree with Cliff, initially reset the decoder to factory defaults (set CV55 to 55 I think).

That sounds about right MUns.
 
Other CVs to note are CV52 & 53 which control the operation of the lights on most LGB decoders...

Normal values are

for CV52 - 128 Front Light control: Switch on/off using Light button (On only if direction is forward)
for CV53 - 64 Rear Light control: Switch on/off using Light button (On only if direction is reverse)

Initially, I had a problem with the 'factory reset' because I was using the Massoth PC-software which does not have a 'factory reset' option. If anyone knows how to do the reset using this software it would be really useful!

Anyway I have now installed the LGB (V6) software which does have the 'factory reset' option ...
