Thanks Rik, the Magazine search on keywords was me trying in Railforums. Just shows that the net can find things, I have been trawling through piles of 2nd hand mags at steam railways for a while now. Think I may need to write to the editor of Steam Days if a trawl through Backtrack Index has no luck. I did try searching for index but with no luck, my abilities with SQL has always been suspect!Hi Jon
I don't subscribe to any of those mags but have found these indexes

RAILWAY BYLINES is the magazine devoted to branch lines, industrial railways, narrow gauge, light railways, Irish railways and those intriguing little nooks, crannies and hidey-holes of the railway network. It is out on the last Thursday of each month.britishrailwaybooks.co.uk
I've done a quick initial trawl but not found anything which includes the key words you've listed. Of course, the article might have a title which is a bit more obscure.
Rik
PS A Google search on the keywords only gave only two promising links
- Horbury Bridge
- Help to find an article in a Magazine. Horbury Horse Worked light railway..
PPS - Another option might be the archives at the National Coal Mining Museum which, by coincidence, is located near Horbury and Middlestown - National Coal Mining Museum - DocView
Delighted to hear you managed to track it down. I must admit, I wouldn't have associated that title with the incident describedFound it, October 2021 in Backtrack ‘The Flockton Waggonway - Richard Lee delves into early industrial railway history in the West Riding of Yorkshire coalfield.’. So many thanks ge_rik . Nothing like how I described the name, but this is the article. GSC comes up with the goods, yet again.
I suspect few would have, living in that area it was a no brainer but forgotten till I found it.Delighted to hear you managed to track it down. I must admit, I wouldn't have associated that title with the incident described
