How to change light bulbs on LGB 21510

Can anyone advise on the process for changing the directional lightbulbs on the above loco? Is there a trick to allow them to be changed from the ouside, as the lenses are removable? Or do I have to dismantle it and burrow inside? The bulbs appear to be the "flatter" push in type rather than the very old spherical screw in version. Any suggestions appreciated.

The lenses on mine seemed immovable; so I removed the body and
replaced the bulb quite easily without risking damage to the lense or body.

The flat bulbs are 5V. If you have the lens out, a stout set of tweezers or fine nosed pliers should unplug the bulb, just pull - it can take a surprising amount of pressure to budge it.
