How To Program Deltang Receivers

Me too. Thanks Rik.
A new year project for me - probably destined for a U class which is currently analogue on my DCC set up. Another battery powered loco for winter running methinks

That was just in time for me to note the bit about re-programming for the use of Nimh batteries. Anyone considering the use of odd bits of wire for this procedure may find it easier to use prototype board jumper leads, easily obtainable from Amazon, ebay, etc (or just raid the brat's Arduino kit while it's got it's nose in the PS4 .

A much neater solution - good idea

Slight thread hijack..

Can someone point me at a differing rechargeable chemistry tutorial, please?

I have found my (rather expensive, when new) battery charger, which can do any size '1.5V' cell and the small 'PP3' nine volt-ers..
However, it is for NiCd's, so I presume it is scrap these days? - Though I will gut it to see what parts I can re-use, if so.

I bought a Tx-22 ready-assembled direct from Deltang very recently. There was no indication then that the product was being withdrawn. A number of retailers appear to be packaging Deltang products in their own cases, often prettier looking but at a higher price! i must admit that, before I bought my kit, I was thinking that Deltang didn't make it easy for its potential customers.
