HSB rolling stock

A friend sent me a video of apparently a HSB train with two Mallets leading and green coaches following which seems to have 'HSB' roadmarkings. Is this a special historic set?

LGB made some green Harz coaches some years back cat no 31730 and a 4 wheel baggage a rake of these can be found on my layout they are not 100% accurate but its my railway and i love it
