Jolly nice people at Accucraft

Checking through my rolling stock I noticed my Accucraft L&B van was missing a door handle. I emailed Accucraft asking if I could buy a spare and got an email back saying they don't hold spares but would check to see if they could prise one off a damaged wagon. Two days later a little package arrived with two spare handles - no charge not even for postage.

Now that's what I call customer care!
