Hi folks
My Accucraft Leader body arrived back from Tony Willmore's Rhos Helyg Loco works on Thursday and yesterday I managed a day in the workshop to spray the boiler and buffer beam backs satin black, the smokebox and cab roof matt black, add r/c to the regulator and put it all together.
Tony did a superb job as usual and I am absolutely delighted with the result. The maroon, incidentally is the original colour which is toned down by the two pack satin coat.

Looks very good indeed! Do I spot covers on top of the cylinders?

Yes indeed - you can see how I made them on the link, but hopefully Locoworks will be offering them in the near future. They just clip on and cover that strange gap in the footplate.
