hi all,
I have recently converted to dcc and I have fitted 2 massoth L plug in decoders to my lgb 20232,
However I was wondering as the decoder in the tender only controls the sounds when moving, would it be possible to remove it and wire the sound board to the wires for the motor on the decoder in the loco? And input the sound board with the motor current from the motor decoder,
As there are no standing sounds and the bell and whistle can be triggered from magnets,
Any advice welcome
