LGB analogue controller 5012N for outdoor use

This item was bought some years ago but was superseded on my layout by Massoth and Maerklin CS3. It has been stored in the dry and recently tested. This listing includes the following items:

Open to offers as no use to me any more.

Important note: this controller requires an AC supply (LGB recommended) of no more than 2 amps capacity. Any more will trip the overload switch on the transformer.

These are great for running trains as the output at full throttle is power supply direct to the track. I do not know of any other MFG that pots full power supply to the track, there is always about a 1 to 2 volt drop so a 24 volt supply only outputs. One MFG dropped 3.5 volts. Depends on dropping voltage of diodes in the throttle.
