Hi. Can someone advise as to whether my 55016 MTS controller can operate a point/switch decoder? Does it have a switch control mode?

I've not used MTS gear but the 55016 is known as a "Loco Remote" and doesn't support control of accessories as far as I can see. The 55015 "Universal Remote" can operate accessories as well as locos.

so is my only option to retain the 55016 for my locos and get a 55015 for the accessories?
