LMS 2P gauge 1 build

ran my LMS 2P under steam tonite for the first time on test bench. blower pipe needs smaller bore to give more oomph, less steam, fire drawn ok when running so blast pipe must be ok. i fired up the boiler only last week to blast out the pipes before fitting cylinders once i had the chassis running ok on air. oiler works ok, maybe too much, better than too little while running in i suppose. using a spare tender for now, will make correct one when finished the loco. next jobs will be 2 matching safety valves, try cock in cab, smokebox door detail then cab and cladding. will post as progresses. martin..
