Luville figures.

Found this workman in a manhole on offer at a garden centre on the outskirts of Welshpool the other day. Made by a company called Luville. Some of the other figures appeared to be smaller than European G scale (they were probably more 1/32nd ish), but this bloke looked about right. I converted 2 modern Bachmann Scenecraft builders to be his work mates. They've had their hard hats replaced with cloth caps and a fluorescent jacket has been changed into a leather jerkin with a coat of paint.

They have a massive selection at our Garden Centre Mel there are two very similar makes both have similar sounding names. Like you say they're a bit small but used in the right place I think they will pass. There are loads of different scenes too, benches, walls, gates all sorts of stuff. I can't find the packaging now so not sure of the exact make. I got some lights and fencing. Best of all I get 20% off at the Garden centre :)

Yes mate, they had a woman hanging out her washing at the Welshpool garden centre which would have been ideal for the cottages in the narrows, but I thought she looked a bit too under scale?

Swallow aquatics carry the lemax stuff and it's avalible on there website.

LeMax figures over here in the US seem to be fading away, you don't see the variety you used to, not in the stores in Nebraska anyway. They are about 1/32 also.
