Well if you ever had too many Stainz you would have to abstainz from buying more....

But, prey tell, how did you accidentally buy it?

I quite often put in a snipe at a ridiculously low price on something I don't really want but if I can get it cheaply and it may come in handy; it embarrasses me just what I end up with....
So if you really want something on eBay try this tactic;
1)get a plethora of eBay logins
2)send the seller a message about the item you want from each of your logins. This makes the seller think there is lots of interest on the item so he/she doesn't have to do some bidding to get the price up
3) use snipe or another auction winning tool to bid on your behalf up to your designated limit... Sit back and wait.... then you get the response telling you you have won the auction and got 10 for the price of 1....

I put a low bid on it, just on the off chance, and won it, did think would go silly money as they have been fetching mega bucks for this set, but seems no-one wanted this one

Personally, the Stainz is one loco that I'm not that keen on (doesn't fit my 'theme'). Even passed up the chance to get one real cheap at a recent show. Saw someone take an interest in it, turns out he wasn't into G scale...... he is now!
