Visitor sadly Neil. There are a couple of cosmetic mods to be done on the production models so, while they can be ordered they will not ship quite yet...

I just can't make me mind up about it especially for the price.

Shame, Tag. Still, it's nice to get a demo sample - to play with in your retirement!!!:rolf::rolf:

I'm seriously thinking about a grey one though, I must admit. But it's not cheap....:nail::nail::nail:

First Batch due August - 3 units left
Second Batch due September - 4 units left
Third Batch due November - 1 unit left

(details correct 13-4-2012)

It looks beautiful, a fully lined FR green version would look fantastic.???but the price, 'tis very high!! I assume it uses a lot of non standard Roundhouse parts which pushes the price up?

I thought you'd like it in grey NHN- I did too!

Looks good Tag- shame it's only a visitor!

Do you have any details you can reveal on those Tag? Hopefully they include the cab roof profile.
Your hope is fulfilled Tone...:-) Yes ? this and the specplate is a certainty. A close look reveals quite a lot of detail. The only problem is the usual Roundhouse one of having to cater for people who are unsure with steam. Yer average horny handed old steamer will however be able to simply do things like move the big gas regulator knurled knob from its position in the cab doorway. I was looking at the cab and a modicum of work would provide room for a driver and fireman. Whoops! One is not allowed to say fireman anymore is one! On an item about the South Devon Railway our local branch of the BBC turned 'driver and fireman' into 'driver and firefighter' ? thereby destroying the job title so much that it meant precisely the opposite of what the job entails. (Sigh)

Should be firelighter? :rolf::rolf:

I really cannot see whats wrong with fireman - but I'm a bit of a traditionalist.
PC annoys me no end.
