Need help making new sign for Piko Dr office building

I am getting the blue Piko Dr office building shortly, its on order at my local shop. I want to change the Dr's name on the sign to the one that discovered the disorder I have. Anybody able to make new signs or have a good solution for someone on the USA side of the pond? Thanks in advance. Mike
